01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bingoplus1 platform at bingoplus1.vu, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bingoplus1 regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use bingoplus1, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You are located in or are a resident of the Philippines.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended bingoplus1 account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bingoplus1 employee.
• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information — including your name, date of birth, or contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

One account per person is strictly enforced. If duplicate accounts are identified, bingoplus1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and OTP — confidential. You must not share your account details with any other person. bingoplus1 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bingoplus1 support immediately. Until you report unauthorised access, all activity on your account is considered to have been authorised by you.

Your account may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in an automated manner is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bingoplus1 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking and bank transfers. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time.

bingoplus1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. Third-party processing delays are outside of bingoplus1's control.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not matching your verified identity will not be processed.
• bingoplus1 does not charge internal withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once a game session has commenced.

05 Gameplay, Bets and Results

All games on bingoplus1 — including slot games, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo — are subject to their individual game rules. Game outcomes for RNG-based titles are determined by certified random number generators. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the corresponding real-world events.

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where explicitly provided for in the rules of the specific game or market.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, bets already placed and confirmed before the fault occurred are valid. bingoplus1 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnections on the player's side.

bingoplus1 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of technical errors, data feed errors, pricing errors, or any irregularity that would render the accepted odds or outcome invalid. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

bingoplus1 may from time to time offer bonuses, free play credits, cashback, or other promotional benefits to players. Any such offer will be accompanied by specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds where relevant.

Where a specific promotion is active, its terms take precedence over these general Terms for matters directly related to that promotion. If the promotional terms are silent on a matter, these general Terms apply.

Bonuses are awarded for personal use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other methods designed to circumvent normal gameplay will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bingoplus1. Engaging in any of the below will result in account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent verification documents.
• Operating or using multiple accounts on the same platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or any transaction involving the proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players or using any external systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 21) to access or use your bingoplus1 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward other players or bingoplus1 staff.

08 Suspension and Termination

bingoplus1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, incomplete or unverifiable KYC, suspicious activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a violation — such as account self-exclusion or a voluntary closure — your remaining verified balance will be returned to you through the original payment method after any required checks are completed.

You may close your account at any time by contacting bingoplus1 support. Closing your account does not cancel any pending bets already placed. Pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bingoplus1 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from gameplay, technical faults, or interruption of service.

bingoplus1's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your most recent deposit made in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

bingoplus1 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malware. We take reasonable steps to maintain availability and security but cannot guarantee continuous operation of the service.

10 Responsible Gaming

bingoplus1 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is for adult entertainment only — it is not a source of income, and no strategy guarantees winnings. You should only ever wager money you can afford to lose.

bingoplus1 provides account tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Your remaining verified balance will be returned to you following the account closure process.
